I've used this on some comms where kids are the target audience and it's perfect. It has that 'ABC' feel from learning to read and write as well being fun.

  • A geometric sans built on circles, with stems that end in a rounded cap rather than a flat cut.
  • Single-storey a and g, the g with an open tail.
  • The o, c and e are full circles; the J drops below the baseline; the Q has a straight tail through the bowl; the 1 has a flag; the & is a closed loop.
  • Eight stylistic sets: alternate a, g, y and J, alternate E, F, L, O, Q and Y, and one set that reshapes eighteen characters at once for a rounder, softer alphabet.
