Bauhaus Apex is a simple, geometric sans-serif font with a futuristic quality. It features lots of alternate letter designs—these are accessible via stylistic sets in design programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. The capital letter A is an example—it is a pointy letter by default but you can also swap it with a version that shows a triangle instead of the crossbar, and an outline triangle A, and fully filled in triangle A.
Unfortunately, you can’t access stylistic sets (alternate letters) in Pages and Keynote.
If you’re using Canva or similar software, you can copy and paste glyphs using the character map on your computer. Watch a short video tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npEE0wpWkSI
Other pointy letters in Apex are the letters N, M, and W (tips) and lowercase letters o (bottom tip), v, and w. Apex is part of our pointy fonts collection.
The letter t/T has alternate letter designs with a pointy T arm for both uppercase and lowercase.
Apex has nine font weights—Thin (100) to Black (900).
You can find more about Apex on the Apex font page where you can purchase single weights and the entire font family.
