What are the different licenses? Where is your EULA?

How do I install fonts?

Install Error: Unsupported Format

General: Use the OTF format to install fonts on your computer. It’s the most common and modern format.

Website Fonts: For websites or CMS platforms like Wordpress, Webflow, or Squarespace, use the WOFF or WOFF2 formats for faster loading.

Chromebook: Install fonts through the app you want to use them in. For Canva, follow these steps: canva.com/help/upload-fonts. For other design tools, search “install custom fonts on [app name]” for app-specific instructions.

How do I get my font files?

Fonts are delivered automatically via email after purchase. Read about the delivery process here: mojomox.com/pages/font-file-delivery.

Didn’t receive the font download link?

Check your Spam or Promotions folders. The email usually arrives within 2–15 minutes. If you still haven’t received it, email saskia@mojomox.com with your order number, and we’ll resend it.

How to use alternate letters

Mojomox fonts include alternate characters (glyphs) available in design software like Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign. For Canva or other online tools, copy and paste glyphs using your computer’s character map. Watch a short tutorial here: youtube.com/watch?v=npEE0wpWkSI.

Font not showing in Keynote or Pages

Restart Keynote or Pages, then go to Format > Fonts > Show Fonts, and make sure “All Fonts” is selected.
