Trendy Fonts 2026: 14 Serif and Sans Fonts for Branding
This list mixes our current best sellers with our newest fonts. Two directions stand out in 2026: serifs with more character, often soft, condensed or wide, and sans fonts with rounded or wavy details. Each font below has nine weights from Thin to Black and a variable font.
Trendy Serif Fonts
Serifs have been common in branding for years, especially for beauty, food and editorial work. First bold, geometric serifs were popular. Now more of them are condensed, like Mirya and Aezra, or wide, like Walnuss.
Mirya

Our newest font, released in October 2026. A condensed serif with ball terminals and partly rounded stems, and capital ligatures like CA, LL and LO. For retro labels, book covers and beauty brands.
Test Mirya →Walnuss

A wide serif with short serifs. Some inner stems are rounded, which gives it an organic, plant-like look. For food, packaging and logos.
Test Walnuss →Aezra

A condensed, sharp serif with long, tapering terminals and thin serifs that almost touch the next letter. For book titles, film branding and dark, moody campaigns.
Test Aezra →Little River

A light serif with short, sharp serifs. Fine details along the stems give the letters a handmade look. For editorial, fashion, beauty and wellness branding.
Test Little River →Bauhaus Soft

A bold, organic serif with rounded corners. Our best-selling font, used most for beauty, lifestyle and packaging.
Test Soft →Bauhaus Mod

A modern serif with sharp, strong stems and partly rounded terminals. For beauty and fashion branding.
Test Mod →Trendy Sans and Display Fonts
Many current sans fonts have rounded corners, round shapes or a wave in the letters.
Vole

A geometric sans-serif with rounded counters and a wave inside some letters. For logos, packaging and brand systems.
Test Vole →Auria Sans

A clean sans-serif with soft inner corners. Alternate letters include rounded A, M and W. For logos and text.
Test Auria Sans →Bauhaus Bau

A rounded, modular sans with circular letters. For lifestyle brands and consumer products.
Test Bau →Goji

A rounded sans-serif with many alternate letters, clean enough for longer text. For kids brands, games and friendly products.
Test Goji →Plox

A bold block font made from chunky, rounded shapes. For kids brands, toy packaging, games and logos.
Test Plox →Swav

A wide, wavy sans with many connecting alternate letters, so a logo can be set as one line. For retro, Y2K and space-themed designs.
Test Swav →Cesty

A bold, rounded display font. The heavy weights are full and round, the light weights more open. For logos, posters, packaging and menus.
Test Cesty →Miox

A chunky, groovy bubble font with a handwritten line and many alternate letters. For bakeries, retro packaging, beauty and music titles.
Test Miox →How to Use a Trendy Font
- Use it for the logo and headlines. Pair it with a simple sans or serif for the text, so the design still works when the trend has passed.
- Try the alternate letters. Most of these fonts have alternates and stylistic sets, which make a wordmark look less like a stock font.
- Check the license. A Desktop License covers logos, print and social media. A website needs a Web License. See how to buy fonts for commercial use.
